Anyone here use a Carlson's Extended Turkey Choke (.665, non-ported)? If so, what loads have you found to work best? Thanks, I really appreciate any insight yall can provide! Branta Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 I just patterend my Super Nova (24"bbl w steady grip) today with a Carleson Ported version of .665. It was awsome. I pattered 3 1/2" (2oz) Federal #6, #5, and #4 at 20, 30 and 40 yards. The #6's were most effective at 20 yards and the the #4's were most efective at 30 40 yards.
