ScoutII
I'm looking at purchasing the R1, but have heard some rumors that they can jam is this true? Another question. I have short arms so the length of pull would be a concern. They are not easy to find but the two that I have found one felt pretty long and the other felt good. Can I adjust the recoil pad like on my SBE?

bobcat
I just bought the R1 30-06 in October. I must have ran approximately 200 rounds in it the first month, both reloaded bullets and stock bullets. The gun jammed on me one time and it was with a reload. The jam was cause by bad measurements on that particular bullet because I was not able fire the round. I clean the gun barrel quickly in between rounds. I take the gun apart and clean it every time I am done using it. R.Casino
tucker301
I take the gun apart and clean it every time I am done using it. Are you losing zero when you do that?
stid2677
I also disassemble and clean mine after each use. I have had no problem with needing to re-zero. I even remove the scope using warne quick release rings. Steve
