HK2000.....judging from your prior posts, you appear to be the owner or in some way connected to Benelliparts? Do you mind addressing the information contained in Nethawk’s posts as it relates to the owners of. benelliparts selling m4 stocks on Gunbroker while there are still customers who have paid for these stocks several months ago and not yet received them? This has not been addressed. Only vague accusations of “fake news”. Is Nethawk lying about the information he posted? I do not know the facts yet, but I am very curious since I paid for a stock in early September and have not received one yet.

If this is true, it really pisses me off! If He takes payment at the time of placing the order he should fill those orders FIRST. end of story.

You want 8.5 full rotation from the point the threads grab. Then time it so that the collapsible stock is indexed correctly. I collapse the stock onto the receiver extension and use the pointy part of the cheek rest to point at the center of the rear sight. I then tighten the jam nut with the open end of the 27mm wrench. Then remove the stock, slip the close end of the 27mm wrench over the end and firmly tighten it while putting counter pressure on the extension with a 19mm wrench on the flats of the extension. Verify that the extension didn’t move with the stock again after tightening.

The problem is not that he is selling the stocks on Gunbroker for a marked up profit, the problem is that he still has customers who prepaid for those stocks back in early September but have still not received theirs. I am one of them.

His behavior was unprofessional, but then again, its not like he is a professional seller. Someone mentioned its a garage based small business. The items he sells are niche and hard to come by. He can get away with being rude and obnoxious. Sorry for your experience. I don't understand people defending his behavior though. Apparently even he realizes his responses were not professional but some folks here are trying to blame OP for the sellers poor communication as if OP brought it on himself.

I'll say that I too expect an item to be as pictured. If it says "photo may be a stock photo" or the like, that lowers my expectations some. But, it stated "Each Benelli M4 magazine comes factory individually wrapped and labeled for authenticity don't settle for less". I can't see what that label is on that mag tube packaging, but if it is anything other than Benelli factory print then I'd have issue with it. That very clearly describes it to be genuine Benelli part.
