  1. TTI took care of me right away. They apologized that my charging handle was sent out looking like it did. They already emailed a return shipping label. Honestly, the ultimate charging handle I bought for my M2 is awesome. I don’t judge them. They treated me right. Customer service wins every time.

  3. My stock polymer housing functioned fine. I bought the A&S for my own silly reason. It bothered me that it was the only polymer piece aside from the stock and foregrip which are never aluminum/steel. My stock trigger group swapped over easily and functions as it should with no tweaking. I can see how the shell guide can be viewed as gimmicky but I find it quite helpful. My only real comparison for shotguns is the 870 I’ve used for 25 years at work. I can load that quickly and easily without thinking through the steps. On my M4 I was sort of bouncing shells off the stock trigger guard when trying to load quickly. It may be the slight change in the contour of the guard more than the guide itself. Or it may just be my ham hands and resistance to change. I don’t know if the change is worth the money for everyone but it was for me.

  4. You'll be happy with the a& s conversion. Last week I got a chance to test out my conversion and it worked out fine. I still want to put more rounds through it to make sure there are no problems.

  7. Go in with sugar rather than spite. TTI has been known to tell people TFB. I hate dealing with them. The only thing I buy from them anymore are these handles. Plus my daughter teases me when we watch John Wick that they should have used one of my M4's instead of that TTI edition M4.

  8. Personally, I think you’re making a mistake. 15 years from now, people will be LOOKING for the blue receiver Benellis. People did the same thing with the plumb HK P7 pistols.

  9. military service is irrelevant here unless you worked with this shotgun during that time, just showing you have nothing to contribute to this thread so go troll elsewhere. its sad to not only see benelli has gone downhill but these forums are not helping a recent purchaser with a good point of contact or anything. its a little weird nobody has said something like "call mark over at cs in delaware" or something to that extent. im gonna blindly call the website numbers and since nobody here seems to care much about interacting with the manufacturer or the supply chain coming from italy i guess theres no reason for you guys to keep reading this thread since a few of you have not been helpful at all. you should really think about that...the fact that you are typing words into a keyboard where a recent (god forbid, new) purchaser is asking for help and advice and the majority of the replies have just been about the color looking cool or telling me to stfu or talking about irrelevant stuff that has nothing to do with this company shipping our country sub standard equipment. thats sad and it reflects poorly upon the forums and benelli owners in general. thank you sd, jason - ill keep pm'ing with you since we are in the same boat here.

  10. Love how the same dumbasses are acting like this is some cosmetic flaw and not a sign of a business operation not only having a quality control issue with color on a ver expensive item but not getting that if one thing is wrong, other things are possibly wrong. If these assclowns ordered a black corvette and got a blue corvette, Im sure they'd be sining a different tune. And if Chevy was like "oh we just have some variances in the color dept" people would not be letting it slide. It means they messed up somewhere with the anodizing process. It has nothing to do with the usmc, All the M4s I've shot before including the one I've owned for over a decade are dark black. So they obviously F'd up and the bootlickers here aren't helping./ Jason, how does the inside of the receiver look? Are the sights straight? Does the saftey engage positively, how does every other aspect of this overpriced gun seem? If I'm going to buy a firearm the number one thing I want is a quality, properly constructed and fabricated weapon that gives me confidence that someone put in some effort into the build. Even if its just cosmetic, a company this well known and this "elite" or "top shelf" should have sent out a fucking memo that they screwed up or changed a process along the line.
