  2. Hello I figured I would put this out here on the Benelli before going to gunbroker. I'm selling my Supersport Performance Shop that has around 400 shells through it I just don't get to shoot clays like I was before I moved. Great gun with a little bit of wear on the buttpad and underside of the stock. I'm going to ask $2,000 plus maybe $50 for shipping via Zelle or Paypal friends. This has the original hard case and Briley/Benelli(5) chokes that came with it. It will have to ship to an FFL unless you are within a couple of my location in Waycross, GA. Let me know if you have any questions or anything else. Thanks

  5. I called Benelli USA, opened up a case had to send it in and had to wait 2-3 months until it came back to me. They ended up stripping it down and redoing the H20 finish.. Go figure on a brand new shotgun with 1 day at the range.. seems to be a bigger problem with these finishes and this cerakote h20 coating. Wish they kept the NP3 coating like in the past this cerakote coating seems to come off alot faster with minimal use and seems cheap..

  8. Lets not forget the transfer fee of $40 or $50 bucks............... Lets see, Taxes= $125 +/- Shipping= $50 +/- Transfer= $50 +/- $225 +/- = just to get it home........ Now the fun begins, getting your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Benelli upgrades, $$$$$ collapsible stock, $$$$$ 7 round mag tube, $$$$$ 922R parts, $$$$$ red dot sights, $$$$$ flashlight, $$$$$ sling and on and on and on. A daunting journey at best. Would I do it again? You're damn right.

  9. I shoot my M4 with a red dot. At first, I used the Scalar rail with a Triji. for the co-witness. What a confusing mess. Next, I removed the front and rear iron sights. This was better, I just didn't like the Triji. Finally, I removed the Scalar to go back to the factory rail and a Vortex Venom. I discovered that the rail could be mounted backwards to bring the red dot to wear the factory sight used to sit. I just cut off some over hang. This is my 3-gun competition gun.

  10. As to the clays, it depends on the shooter. I talked to a guy (didn't see him shoot) that said a red dot improved him. But my experience, having the red dot was super distracting. I took my m4 to help my son practice timing in trap. Couldn't hit shit, until i started ignoring the dot. M4 just way too busy with ghost rings and dot for that type of shooting

  11. I am a new M4 owner myself and am looking into getting the scalarworks aimpoint mount (works for all Benelli shotguns). It looks like it puts the sights in the bottom 1/3. I have always liked that setup on ARs and never found the iron sights disruptive. I tried mounting the optic with factory low mount on the receiver rail and think it sits too high for a good cheek weld. Hope this helps.
