  1. This is actually a H2O, just externally painted in FDE Cerakote. This M4 is set up for a leftie. Only the visible areas of the bolt carrier are painted in FDE, everything else is Np3 plated. One cool feature is the RMR spacer that is a 10mm spacer. This raises the RMR up enough to use the optic in the middle position of the collapsible stock comfortably. The spacers come from Reptillia in a few different heights. I had to grind the screws down to make them the correct length to fit the Scalarworks Sync mount.

  2. What was the sale price? Woukd be nice if these weren’t removed from listings. Allows for analysis of what the market is buying/selling for

  3. I have been studying the the bolt carriers for a while and my input it that it looks like it was dropped on a sharp edge (from another bolt carrier?) after machining. That spot is cut after forging, then the corner is chamfered so there should never be any marks like that. It won't affect anything, but I am surprised Wright Armories didn't catch this.?

  4. Also, looks like a dream build - one I am currently in the process of doing myself, and will hopefully be lucky enough to send to SD for a fresh coat and makeover one day - why did you sell it, much less not even fire it?

  5. I followed SD's instructions and the 10403 limbsaver was easily installed on my c-stock.

  7. They'd probably still warranty it, but you'd likely be out the cost of the NP3 treatment.

  8. I should also mention, those marks appear to be the result of the whipping effect of the handle and bolt when firing. I have not experienced this problem on my handles. Could be due to insufficient hardening of the steel, or any other variety of factors. Most likely FFT did not allow enough clearance.
