  1. He doesn't work for you. It's not your district.
  2. Why would you order a gun from a store that has no inventory when there are plenty available on gunbroker, etc.?
  3. Yes, the 20 comes with a D shim, according to the manual. Download you manuals here - http://www.benelli.it/sites/default/files/contenuti/arma/uso_manutenzione/Italian/montefeltro_6_0.zip 3.5 seconds in Google... http://www.midwayusa.com/product/730212/benelli-stock-adjustment-shim-kit-benelli-montefeltro-20-gauge
  4. Picking the photo apart for form, barrel level, watch position, etc. seems a bit petty. It's clearly warm season in the photo, so it's likely from last Summer or so. I shoot some skeet in my backyard for fun sometimes. I hit damned near every single one I shoot at, but my form may not be textbook. I shoot left-handed and wear my watch on my left wrist. Who gives a flying #$%^? The man's job doesn't involve the ability to bust clays. He has people for that. - See Zero Dark Thirty.
  5. Nova - You can't get more gun for the money anywhere else.
  6. Until the two party stranglehold is broken, the choices will continue to be between bad and different bad. They have institutionalized the process and the media pays no attention to upstart parties and independents. Then there's the whole issue of those who are elected being incapable of doing any damned thing for the people, but passing laws for their corporate sponsors like there's no tomorrow.... and there almost isn't.
  7. The first one doesn't bear out as fully true. The Senator had good ratings from the NRA on his voting record. http://www.snopes.com/politics/guns/soles.asp

    Steel Shot

Steel shot is fine, but not use any tighter than modified choke. Spelled out in the owner's manual.
  9. Very nice! Good to see you posting again.
  10. Yes. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=323853553 http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=323433414 http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=323896012
  11. I disengage the safety with the middle knuckle of index (trigger) finger of my shooting hand. The finger is not in the trigger guard until the safety is off. I use the tip of my middle finger to reach under and around and re-engage the safety after firing.
  12. Either is a fine choice. The SBEII is a proven design for durability and reliability. I've had mine for 6-7 years and zero problems. The buttons are easy to get used to and I prefer the safety button to be in the rear of the trigger guard. The thumb thing is a non-issue in my opinion. People just need to learn how to load their weapons. I might try a SV one of these days, but my SBEII gives me no reason to consider it right now.
  13. Call Benelli CS. They'll likely send you another one.
  14. 181 Glocks http://www.gunbroker.com/Semi-Auto-Pistols/BI.aspx?Keywords=glock+17+9mm&Sort=4
  15. 11 P2000's on gunbroker, ranging from $600 - $900. None have bids. http://www.gunbroker.com/Semi-Auto-Pistols/BI.aspx?Keywords=P2000+40&Sort=4 Harsh reality is that is a buyer's market in this economy.
  16. gunbroker is usually as good a barometer as any.
  17. This was from upstairs garage window on the second day of our ML season. I had hunted the woods opening day and saw nothing. All of the deer and turkeys I'd seen previously were from the yard, so I set up there on Monday morning. I'd seen this buck twice previously in the same spot. Here's a pic from one afternoon when I got home from work early and decided to try the spot again. I didn't see anything that day, but I enjoyed the hunt.
