  1. I have a right handed 14" LOP, Benelli Gel Pad only used when placed on shotgun that was never used. The Gel Pad sells for about $93.00 after shiping but I will ask for $60.00 plus the shiping. Dont be one of those guys who will need it during hunting season and says, " I should have bought it"! I am only selling becuase I bought me the 13.5" LOP for my Nova and SBE II.
  2. You are having the original front sight only sent to the company to place a Trijicon insert. Ok now what is the cost going to be becuase I went to the sight and for the Benelli's they have listed the cheapest cost showed $100.00. If that is the case it is easier to buy the Mepro sights. I too agree the rear sights are not worth it but only the front sight is being replaced on my M4. Let me know how their work turns out. I would like to know if the workmanship is fine or is the sight looked beat up.
  3. If your looking for the cyl and improve cyl I have the part numbers. One of the stock numbers for the cyl has a "P" at the end. I was told they come in the chrome finish and if you get the one with the P listed that means it is a packaged item and it will come in black. Cyl= 80065P IC= 80058P
  4. Yes I agree 100%, we all get upset with the price gouging of gas prices then look people turn around and do the exact same thing themselves.
  5. Hey Guys, I have not heard anything yet but I will let you know. Oh by the way I will not be charging people for any info when it comes available. If I can get a stock for $225.00 then you should also. Lets hope my contact is on the up and up but he should be...
  6. Ok guys I am still waiting hope to hear something at the end of the week.
  7. No Problem, I should know in about one week for sure. I am not paying the price of half the M4 for all those inflated prices.
  8. Cylinder Choke is required for rifle slugs but dont use sabot slugs those are for full rifle bore barrels and we have the smooth bore barrels. I would just keep a Cyl choke in it for both oo buck and Slugs. Remember the furtherst you want to shoot 00 buck is 20 to 25 yards away depending on your pattern. If you start seeing flyers then those 32 caliber pellets have a potential too hit something you dont want to destroy. This is a defense weapon not a hunting shotgun that is what I use it for.. I do change out the chokes in my other Benelli's that I use to hunt with.
  9. The choke you have now should be the Mod. I have changed to the Cyl choke so I can also shoot Slugs. As for cleaning just break it down to the min. required. Just read your manual when your sitn on the pot.
  10. Oh by the way!!! I did buy the SBE II and sold my Beretta 390 to a friend. Great Shotgun, WOW Im not looking back.

    SBE2

Yes just break it in and you will have no troubles. I had similar problems but at times I was not mounting the gun correctly to work the inertia system properly. I too had problems with some Kent rounds but after the second season all my rounds shot great with no problems. I did do a lot of trap shooting in the summer so when the fall came by SBE II had not one malfuction. I own Nova, SBE II and M4... Once you go Benelli you wont go back!!!
  12. I tell you some people just want to make more money off us with rumors and opinions on supply and demand. I found a dealer who will order me a collapsible stock for the price of $225.00 brand new. It will take a week to get it but if it comes true I will keep you inform...
  13. Yes when I posted i forgot to advise I had called just one month ago and was told the M4 is sent only with one choke. If you want to buy a Cyl choke for shooting slugs, the Benelli part number is 80065P.
  14. Yes, the one in the barrel it should be the Mod. They do not ship them with the three listed in their advertisement. Benelli told me that the advertisement does state, "subject to change."
  15. what about the 11707 model, that is what I have??
  16. Well I was wondering if the M4 recoil pad is held in with screws or can you pull it off just like the Nova?? I was wondering because if so I wonder if the Benelli Gel Pad will fit on the M4..
  17. Ok, I have my new M4 and it is nice. It was very easy to add my 2 shot extension tube after removing the spring. I cleaned it up, added oil and put it together. Wow its nice looking and now time to go shoot it. I now need to buy a Cyl choke for the M4 so I can shoot slugs becuase it only came with a Mod choke. This is my third Benelli the other two are, SBE II and the Nova pump both in 26". I will try out the Hornaday 00 buck tap round with 8 pellets and see what type of pattern . I will need to get a tritium front sight and look for a sling. I need the sling for Transitions from rifle to handgun.
  18. FYI I dont know if it was covered but inside the bracket you place the Mercury reducer then you cut the rubber hose tube that it comes with to fit inside the bracket for the left over space.
  19. Ok guys I purchased my M4 11707 for $1250.00 and It should be here by this Friday. I had already bought the Benelli two round extension for 199.00.. Yes that is alot of money but it is a original factory part and thats what I had to have. I was looking at geting the adjustable stock but when I went to Benelli's Catalog I noticed a adjustable stock now being made for the Supernova. I wonder if it will fit the 11707? It looks like a newer updated version and it is much better looking then the original for the M4.
  20. why dont you want it anymore?

    SBE2 Quality?

I own a SBE II and its a great weapon once you understand the inertia system and if the shooter is not properly mounting or is shooting light loads that is not recommended. I did shoot quality ammo at the trap range to break in my shotgun and since then have had no problems. In the field during a dove shoot I had pulled back the charging handle to confirm there was a round in the chamber. I went to shoot and the weapon went click. I realized that it was operator error because I thought after checking the chamber the bolt went completely in but it did not. At a later duck hunt I was using 3" Kent Impact and the first shot was no problem but the next round would not feed and this happened more then once. This year at a duck hunt with the same ammo the weapon fed with no problems. I determined from the last hunt with bad feeds was a mounting issue. I was bundled up pretty good with clothing and this made my LOP a problem. So when I tried to shoot the second round I compromised the inertia system due too a bad mount.
  22. Dont do it!! Always use your choke tubes and dont shoot without them.
  23. He's crazy for that price!!
  24. I would just get a SBE II for a little more unless you can get the SBE I for 700.00 to 800.00. I would not pay no more then that becuase its used no matter how many rounds fired. I had a chance to pay less for fa SBE I but paid a little more to get the newer version that had small problems whatever they were worked out. [ 12-10-2006, 03:27 PM: Message edited by: Commando ]
