  6. SBE II is a good weapon for those ducks, thats what I use.
  7. TAKE IT BACK, THE REDUCER BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED IT AND THERE IS NO SUCH THING FOR THE SBE II. THE COMFORTECH STOCK IS YOUR RECOIL REDUCER. THE SBE 1 IS THE ONE YOU CAN BY THE REDUCER FOR.

I would get the SBE II, because out here they are only $1199. and you might as well pay a lil more for a new shotgun that have imporvements.

  12. Ok Your weapon is malfunctioning after you cleaned it. I had a few problems also until I determined that a small piece was the problem. Ok check your manual for more info if this does not make sense. the head pin has a reference line and must be aligned with the bolts centerline. If this line is not in the correct postion that may be your problem. I too cleaned my weapon once I got it and had a few malfunctions but after reading the manual I noticed the head pin was not lined up as the manual advised. Once I corrected this I had no further problems. As for cleaning supplies I use Mpro 7, look into it. This cleaner is a Bio freindly product and it wont cause damage to the blued parts on weapons. I then use the Mpro 7 CLP, clean, lube and protect as the lubricant. I use this product on all my weapons including my AR15 and on this weapon the bolt really gets dirty and needs good lube on it then other type weapons. Try it out You will like it. You should always clean your weapons because a dirty weapon can get you killed, well thats what we say in my line of work. [ 09-13-2005, 08:22 PM: Message edited by: Commando ]

    M2

Ok, what shot should you use for duck hunting. Well as mentioned before the bismuth is a way to go for the non toxic but you can find some good fast steel loads I would recomend 2's and 4's depending on the size of ducks you are shooting. Stay away from the tung/iron there is a new non toxic called tungston/poly its a material just under bismuth in performance. Kent calls this load tung/matrix. and its much softer then tung/iron which is hard on your barrel. check out this site for good info. http://members.cox.net/azwildlife/Shotgun.htm
  15. I saw some on ebay for cheap
  16. The stocks are now legal the ban is gone and current productions of this adjustable stocks are legal for cilvilians. The problem comes from taking a politicaly correct rifle that was banned from changing the config to now changing it but the new weapons made already are legal to purchase depending what your individual state laws. I just purchased a ar15 M4 version with a collaps. stock with no problem.

Had the same problem. I noticed when I pulled back the charging handle to see if a round was chambered then put it back forward the bolt needs a lil help just adding a lil presure to make sure it seats correctly. It looks like the bolt rotates a lil and up to seat correctly. Another thing I noticed when having this problem. When I took apart the bolt I noticed after reading the manual that the locking head pin has a line on the top that should be placed aligned with the bolts centerline. I did not do this correctly and when I did so I have not had the problem you are having anymore.
  18. Yes you need the bracket also, but you can get it cheaper on tom knapps website store. www.tomknapp.net
  19. I would take the weapon apart and this way you are familar with it. I would clean up that packing greese and clean the bolt, ect.... then put a protective coating such as Mpro 7 the clp it works great. I use this as primarily a lube and use the Mpro 7 cleaner for the build up and carbon. This stuff is bio friendly and will not harm your blued weapon.
  20. Oh sorry didnt take time to see the title of your question. You can purchase the recoil reducer and bracket for the nova. I have a Nova and purchased these items since I will be shooting heavy loads. the reducer will add weight to your nova. My nova is much heavier then my SBE II but the nova does shoot very smooth for a pump and using those 3 1/2 loads.
  21. I just called and they had them blued for me. This is something they will be doing and holding in stock.
  22. Let me remember, well you place your recoil reducer in and the left over space you use the rubber by cutting it to fit then close the cover.
  23. Sir, You will always have some type of recoil and will not be able to get rid of it. You can limit the recoil with accessories or new products that advertise less recoil. What weapon are you talking about or is it one of the Benelli products?
  24. I have purchased the crio plus chokes from Carlson. They only come in the Chrome color but they are making them in the black color for my duck hunting. I dont want them to glare.
