  1. I have to admit that I "What If'd" myself into a little panic buying.....didn't get gouged too bad but it was crazy crowded Thursday AM at my normally tranquil local shop. All the stripped AR lowers that had been sitting in the case for months were being devoured....I got the 3rd from last one (a gorgeous billet!) and the last two went to the guy beside me as I was doing paperwork.

  2. Thanks for the vote of confidence Super! I'd be happy to take on the task but it sounds like that's not a direction they want to go in. Sadly, I believe at the moment, Sukhoi is correct... We are somewhat at the spammers mercy. Hopefully it will be a little more under control after the holiday season passes. BTW... I might not have bought my M4 had it not been for the forum too.

  3. Here is another great example of the engineering that went into this firearm. Notice how smoothly it feeds and cycles? Yes, there is some bolt-bounce, but it is not critical, and is the result of not using a buffer with mobile weights in it like the AR platform.

That's sweet....poetry in motion.....I really like post #1 in the thread also Uno.... we all hang around here for a reason....even after owning these weapons for years they continue to excite us.

  4. Hi Turbo and welcome to the forum!!!!....You can pick up an OEM Benelli PG stock if you keep your eye on Gunbroker, you can place a WTB posting here on the forum and you might get lucky.... you can also check Numrich

but they don't appear to have them at the moment.

If you don't mind a shorter length of pull you can easily pick up a Mesa Urbino Stock:

    and SpeedFeed also make one:

but I have never heard much feedback on them.

For tube extensions, again you can try keeping your eye out for OEM but you will pay more....a few places that offer after market off the top of my head would be Nordic, Surecycle and Daves Metal Works

  5. Thanks, Hookster!

Sorry for the dumb question, but is choke tube anti seize like (or the same as) loctite? And, do you mean put it on the ARGO threads or actually on the choke tube? This is the first shotgun I've owned with a changeable choke, so definitely new territory for me.

    Hey Tion!

No definitely not loc-tite but something like this:

on the choke threads and the argo threads....you don't need much but it will help with disassembly/choke removal

  6. Thanks all. I definitely plan to clean and lube it (though it sounds like it will run fine with some sand and spit). Just unfamiliar with the ARGO system so I wasn't quite sure what to do there. I suppose I'll fully degrease it with alcohol and leave it at that. The rest I'll lube well.

Hey Tion!...welcome to the forum!...you might want to put a little bit of choke tube anti seize on the threads as well

    Take Care,
