  1. Sorry about your problem. I would go to a local dealer and see if they could order me a new barrel for my gun. You might want to try Gun Broker.com to look for a barrel. Good luck, let me what happens. Take care

  2. I shoot the Remington Nitro Express Turkey loads. These loads are awsome in my 870 shotgun. Good luck turkey hunting.

HI, i have used winchester 3 and 1/2 inch turkey mags in my benelli supernova and have had okay results, but I was hoping since this is a benelli forum, you all may be able to tell me the best ammo to use to take down the big gobbler next year. Ive heard good things about federal.. and remington?
  3. I have never used an Aimpoint sight before, however, I do know of several of my hunting friends that do use them and they just love them too. I imagine that Aimpoint is of good quality because that's what our military is issuing to our combat troops overseas. Good luck hunting.

Anyone here use em? I'm thinking of putting one on my SBEII. It has a rifled slug barrel with open sites right now. I don't mind the open sites, but do find that I tend to stare at my sites trying to make sure they are "correct" before looking through to my target. I feel like I chance missing opportunities. I also feel like I'm rushing my shot once I do look through to my target and choose a bad placement for the shot.
  4. If it was me, I would shoot smoothbore slugs out of an improved cylinder barrel. If your shots are under 100 yards this would be a good setup for slug shooting. I hunt deer with an Remington 870 Wingmaster shotgun with an improved cylinder slug barrel, using smoothbore Remington rifled slugs as this setup works great for me because most of my shots at deer are 50 yards and under. So my advice to you is to get an improved cylinder choke for your supernova and try the Remington smoothbore rifled slugs in it. Good luck hunting.

I have a benelli supernova with a carlsons rifled choke tube and I was wondering if anyone has tried this setup and what slugs would be best to shoot out of this combo. I contacted hornady (the bastards) and they told me strickly Their saboted slugs would not stabalize and DO not shoot them out of my choke. I continued to contact carlsons the next day and they said their choke was made of a high grade material and would withstand anything (speed, size, consistancy) if it said slug on the box. I was wondering if Any of you have tried the remmy accutip slugs yet? Thanks
