  1. I'd like a slightly longer one if possible.
  2. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.
  3. The M80 is good to go. A dedicated handguard would be nice too though.
  4. Good point. I always run the bolt with my off hand and I have an oversized bolt release button.

Just because it is the going rate does not mean it is reasonable or affordable. I don't know what you guys do for a living but I am a police officer and can't be dropping $1,000 for a freaking BARREL. Probably shouldn't have put close to $2,500 into a shotgun but I enjoy fine weapons and I only have a couple of them. But a grand for a barrel? On my salary? Can't do it. Too many other things competing for that money. To each his own.

I'd love to but $1025 is too much. Maybe $500 but even that is a lot for a little 14" barrel.
  7. Got mine. Took some persistence and patience though.
  8. Wow, that looks awesome. Will definitely wait for the black version though.

I guess I'm thinking that you can only go so short before you hit the collar attached to the barrel that the mag tube goes though (not sure what it's called). In those pictures, it looks like any and all available length is taken up and those are only 12" or so. Speaking of which, between those two pictures, the collar looks different. I wonder why. On my Benelli, it looks like the one in the first image (wider than the one in the second image).

So if that's a 12.5", I don't think a 10" would be possible if you kept the muzzle even with the mag tube cap. 12"-13" is still wicked short though.

I wonder what the difference is between these two. I can't quite put my finger on it.
  15. If you're a SF guy or do a bunch of HSLD training, I might suggest ordering two. Otherwise, one should suffice.
  16. I suppose it depends on how hard you plan to use the shotgun. If you are going to be REGULARLY taking it into the mud or the desert, you might have to replace it on a somewhat regular basis. But if you are just the average shooter who wants a good piece of kit that will stand up to occasional harsh conditions, I definitely don't see it needing to be replaced regularly. I've had the same 3GG side saddle on my Winchester 1300 for about three years now. It has just sat under my bed and gone along on the occasional range trip, but it's held up fine for that. I will say that it's way more durable than the POS TacStar that I had on it before (which fell apart). In the end, only you will be able to determine how any one product holds up in your particular application. I will say that the 3GG side saddles are very well made, are very durable, and are fairly cheap. If I were you, I'd buy one and see how it does. If/when you ever have to replace it, you'll have an idea about how often future replacements need to occur. No clue--never had to remove it cause the things work like a dream. I'm sure it'd come off with some Goo Gone and elbow grease though.
  17. And you find this to be surprising???

  22. Yeah, I'm sure they'll be amazing by the time they're available. But it's also important they become available soon enough to still be relevant.
  23. Thank you sir. I think I'll wait for the completion of round two.
  24. Where does this put the status of the bolt handles?
