Is there a decent fiber optic front sight you can replace the stock front sight that fits? Also what tool have you used?

[M1014 vs. M4]

The M4 is basically the same gun in a larger production run but uses interchangeable chokes in a thinner-walled barrel, something unlikely to be used in a tactical military environment.

It’s thinner towards the front of the barrel to accommodate the removable chokes. Otherwise it’s the same barrel.

The sbr's are maneuverable but if you uncork one of those without ear pro indoors.....goodbye hearing.  Heck even 16" easily permanent hearing damage.  It's hard to find the balance between the perfect tool and retaining your hearing in this type of situation.  Of, course it's better than becoming a victim.
