I did some searching in the forums but can't find any information on mounting a scope on á left handed SBE (original, not a II). I bought a right handed saddle on eBay for $10 and thought I would get someone to machine the identical slot for the action lever on the left side. Are there any other solutions out there? Love the gun but the lack of left handed support is disappointing. Some one out there must have mounted a scope on a left handed gun.

Does anyone have experience mounting a standard rifle scope on the MR1? I have read that due to the height of the rear factory sight, the scope must be mounted well above the normal sight plane. This would prevent normal cheek weld and stock positioning when sighting through the scope. Is it possible to remove the factory rear sight to allow normal positioning of the scope? Would the integral front ramp sight interfere with the scope's line of sight? TC

I'm a Benelli noob so I need some help. I just bought a 26" SuperNova that i'll use as my all around gun. Is the SuperNova drilled and tapped so I can put a scope on for turkey or deer? Or just the steady grip and tactical....? Any other suggestions if its not...
