alisske
I had ordered a set of tritium sights from meprolights for my 1 year old M4. Long story short, the rear sight will not recieve the standard windage machine screw that came with the original sight. It is the same piece, but the threads are different. I have been banging my head trying to find a tape that matches the original benelli windage screw, but to no avail. (Very fine thread) Anybody had this problem? I am sured it could be fixed by taping the meprolight rear sight, but I cannot find a tap source.or the right dememnsions on the tap. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance

Creeper
I suppose my question would be, have you contacted Meprolight? Perhaps there are multiple versions, and you have the "other one". C
gundoc
You could have a rear sight for a Benelli M1 rather then the M4 .Things like this happen all the time.
