brandonk13
This is a 40 yard shot with a 3.5in 12ga. Kent Fasteel #4 with a M Criochoke. 152 pellets in a 30" circle. They seem to be more concentrated towards the top but I am still satisfied with the results. Thanks for the advice and i hope this will help out some other shooters in need. brandonk13
Tyson129 I tried to send you the link in a PM but it says that I have to have a post count of at least 15 to send a PM to someone. I posted it on the page and it's in my public album if it does not work on here.
Uncle Russ
Shooting an M1-Super 90 on ducks generally w/mod choke. Using Kent Fasteel and the Estate steel (now owned by Federal). Also using Winchester grey-box steel. All 3", because that's the max for this model. Uncle Russ
tyson129
Thank you for your contribution! You are one of the few who actually test and post instead of just posting BS (Not that it is all BS, so no one get heated please). The Pattern is really nice for a 40 yard shot with a mod choke! Bird coming in HOT! Dead Bird! Great job and thanks again! I would love to see this out of a Carlson's Extended Steel Shot Choke, in any of the 3 variations...for this distance the .695 would probably be great considering that it is the constriction of a full choke! I can't wait to get my .695 for those long range geese and high flyers! Many Thanks! Edited November 2, 2009 by tyson129
