Olga Posted January 24, 2010 Share Posted January 24, 2010 I tried couple times to load 30/06 R1 by starting with an empty chamber and closed action, then inserting loaded magazine with four rounds, pulling bolt all the way back and letting it go. Both times the bolt got stuck in the middle with the top round moved forward but still in the magazine. When I do the same with action open and release the bolt it feeds fine.
