The Mesa rubber PG appears to have a sharper edge in the transition to the back as well as appearing to have more of a flat back, so no, it does not look "just like" the OEM rubber PG to me. Also, the lip extending out at the bottom front definitely appears to be more pronounced on the Mesa PG. I prefer the OEM rubber PG. I was told what the published price was but it would be less than that. How much less they did not commit to but I was told it would ship out the fist week of November (if all goes well).
