I used the CR, MR and ER constrictions with standard, inexpensive Remington 12 gauge 00BK 9 pellet shotshells. The gun used was my Benelli M4! Thanks! I just got a lashing from an assistant that is asking me to hold off on the "sneak-preview" of the "F.I.S.T." so we can take a breather before Christmas.
