NW AK Posted March 6, 2006 Share Posted March 6, 2006 Hello, I just got through shooting my new SBE II for the first time, and I love it. The only thing that I would change is the front sight bead. Matt D Posted March 6, 2006 Share Posted March 6, 2006 I changed my SBE II and M2 sights over to Hi Viz. The SBE II has their new Comp sight. I used their magnetic based sights but they walked up the barrel with the recoil of 3.5" loads. The new sight works great. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Matt D Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 I did the change over myself, it is easy. The sight I used is a new model that will be on the market is summer or fall. ( A friend is VP of PRoduct R&D at HiViz) However thier Flash Point and TriComp models work the same way. To help secure the sight, use Blue Thread Lock on the screw. Secure the sight down with a rubber band while you put in the sight screw. This will prevent the back of the sight from riding up will you tighten the screw.
