Benelli Supernova tactical or H2O model ???

I own one Supernova tactical for HD. I want to purchase a second one for my business that is in a high crime area but also near the ocean , about 2 blocks away. Should I go with the regular black model or go with the Nickel Plated H2O model. The gun will be in a safe and I can put a small safe humidifier in as well to keep it drier . Just a little concerned with the salt in the air, will the nickel be better ??

Thanks

The H2O model is a Nova and is available only with rifle sights, so it has the fixed stock, smaller trigger guard, and the top of the receiver is not drilled and tapped when compared to your Super Nova. I live near the ocean also and have never had a rust problem with any Benelli, but do like the appearance of the H2O. If I was storing it on a boat, I'd probably go with the H2O. I see there is a 14" bbl NFA Tactical Nova available now.

I have a Benelli Supernova Tactical H2O in my hand. You can't get one directly from Benelli, because they don't make one.

I sent my BEN-20155 into Robar (who I hear is doing all the H2O plating for BenelliUSA) and got back a beautiful weapon.

I ended up paying 250 for the NP3 coating, and it was well worth the cost.

My weapon is a one off and I would not sell it for under $2000 (if ever).

PM me for a pic
