I`m also from europe and haven`t seen any single M4 H2O where I live, but I believe that the silver M4 H2O with TS stock and FL tube is a special u.s. run model to accomplish 922r as a newer firearm after the compliance law began in america. Another thing could also be that Benelli USA refuses to sell black telescopic FL M4s with u.s. parts, because it would outgun the neutered 11707 they have plenty of in stock..no one else would buy them anymore.
