New R1 won't cycle and now jamming

Brand new R1 300 win mag comfort tech won't cycle on first box of shells. Local gunsmith for warranty ( excellent help) had to re drill barrel port. First shells through after that jam with live round stuck on second shel every time. Back to local gun smith ( over an hour away)( once again very helpful and trying his best) finds chamber head space way off and has to ream out a factory gun. Big trip planned to Newfoundland in a week and a half and Stoeger Canada won't help.

Please think twice before committing to a bennelli . To be fair accurate and excellent recoil but terrible customer service. Hopefully bennelli USA better for customer service.
