Ldo1
I added a Nordic 2+ extension on my SuperNova and also a Nordic barrel clamp for flashlight attachment. After tightening all the screws, the barrel and the extension tube are pulled toward each other a little and causing them to deflect slightly. I didn't think much of this, but when I went out to shoot today, all my shots are low. I adjusted the rear ghost sight all the way, but still not enough to bring the shots up. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
XTrooper
Is it possible that the clamp has been tightened too tightly? I would apply Loctite to the screw threads and then tighten the clamp to the point that the tube is NOT being moved. If the clamp causes this deflection regardless, I'd check to be certain they sent you the correct clamp. It's possible they didn't. Ldo1
I looked at it again, and it does look like the clamp is out of specs or they sent me the wrong clamp. The barrel isn't centered in the rounded portion of the clamp.
XTrooper
That's what it sounds like to me, amigo. I'd give them a call. Best of luck!
