Opinions on reduced recoil 2 3/4" buck rounds in the M4 please

I get roughly 10% more pattern density at 25 yards in a 12" circle using Winchester 9-pellet reduced recoil Ranger buckshot as opposed to the full-power. It ejects and cycles reliably. It hits roughly 3" lower on target due to less recoil while the shot column is in the barrel (shotguns recoil about 3/4" before projectiles leave the muzzle, as a rule. This is why follow-through when duck-hunting, slug-shooting, etc. is so vital for good results).
