nickdrak
I was curious if the OEM Benelli picatinny rail for a M1014 could be mounted on a M1 S90 if I had my M1 drilled & tapped for it??? What other options are out there??? I already know about the Mesa Tactical shell holder/Rail, and am considering that option as well. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Mesa Tactical
The M4 rail is too long to fit in front of the sight on the M1. If you want to cut it down, it will work (note the hole pattern is different too, but shoudln't matter if you are going to tap your own holes). If I use the your shell carrier (6 shell) with the integrated rail, I plan on mounting the new Pride Fowler optic/LaRue mount combo and either a Surefire Scout light or X200 light forward of the forend stock on the magazine tube. I only shoot full powered loads through my M1 S90 (Hornady TAP 00/Winchester 00). Do you think I might have any functioning problems with this set-up? Thanks in advance.
