I recently had to send my Nova Tactical 12-gauge back to Benelli for warranty work. Do any of you know of a way to check the status of a repair without having to call them? Is there an online portal for service inquiries that I'm just not aware of? I don't want to be a bother to the fine folks at Benelli but I'd like to know when to expect the return of my shotgun.
