Coach4570 Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 I bought a SB1 and it did not come with any shims, the comb is too low, I can't even see the bead when I mount the gun. I called Benelli and they said call midwest for parts...$20 later and I have 3 shims, all of which lower the comb height and you can't flip them over. I guess I'll be fabricating my own? When I lift my head enough to look down the rib to see the bead correctly the pattern is still too high. The bottom edge of the pattern is even with the bead. The whole pattern sits on top of the dead instead the bead being centered in the pattern. This is my first Benelli and I'm frustrated. I have a Stoeger Condor and it shoot perfect.
