Jreeyang Posted February 12, 2020 Share Posted February 12, 2020 You mean 2 shells in magazine and one shell in chamber. When you pop the first shell rack it smoothly back and forth. Should reload smoothly. If it get stuck unload and try again. My 15 year old nova started having this issue but after I rack a few times it seems to function flawless. Trial and error. Somehow the spring and follower needs to be moved up and down. I also changed my follower to a nordic follower.
