Yep, the hinged 20ga latch holds the shell just a bit father forward than a 12 ga latch (and can contact some followers)...and don't try to drill & tap the 20ga latch for an oversize release button. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As a single round button, it doesn’t matter which direction it’s pointing. But once you try and attach an oversized button that needs to stay in a fixed position. That’s when you see the problem. I should’ve read the forums before installing. Lesson learned! Trying to figure a way to stop it from spinning, I just haven’t had the time recently.
