Bunnell Fockler
does anyone have the instructions on how to install the recoil reducer they didn't come with the parts?
Cleric
I haven't done it myself, but there are a few that have: http://www.benelliusa.com/forums/ultimatebb.php/topic/1/2017.html#000000 http://www.benelliusa.com/forums/ultimatebb.php/topic/1/1844.html#000000 http://www.shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=58086&highlight=nova+recoil There are bits and pieces in each of those threads. Most of the problems with installation appear to arise out of getting the rubber spacer correctly cut and installed. I believe each of those threads address that issue. Other than that, screw it in! Bunnell Fockler
I expected the recoil pad to unskrew but there are no skrew holes for it how do you get this thing into the stock do you need to disassemble the entire assembly? Cleric
That is in your owner's manual. Read that before proceeding any further (it is just a good idea). It is really quite simple, but I would still suggest reading the manual fully. Check page 44 for a bonus! You can download it here: http://www.benelliusa.com/customer-service/manuals.tpl
Commando
Just pull off the pad from your Nova from one end and then up. Remember you need the bracket to screw in and it only goes one way you will see its simple. There are only 2 screws but your going to need a long screw drive to reach inside. In the bracket towards the end of the stock there is a opening where you put in the recoil reducer. A piece of round rubber like hose that comes with the reducer is needed. Once you have added the reducer cut the rubber hose to fit tightly in the left over play. close the cover and put your pad back on. There you go!!!
