amundsen
I have a Nova 12 with a 24" barrel and on about every 5 to 10 shells it will not pick it up and eject it. This seems to be random occurence but causes problems when hunting. Should I send the whole Gun back or just the bolt. I have taken it apart and cleaned it so that doesn't seem to have any effect. thanks in advance
Chessie Dog
My Nova seemed to do the same thing right after I bought it. The more I've shot it the less it seems to happen. The action was a little stiff until I ran a good number of shells through it. 3 1/2 shells seemed to give me the most trouble, I've had none of these occurances in about a year though. It may just be getting used to a new gun.
amundsen
Thanks I will keep shooting and see what happens. I sure like the speed that it will pump though. Seems to be a great gun for chuckers and I am going to give it a try on Elk next weekend in some heavy timber.
