ATGJDR
Benelli USA Wrote me that they do not import the Oil From Italy and stated that any quality synthetic oil would be ok. What do people use on their R1. I have looked into a couple. I'm thinking about the Militec 1 but have read very good and potentialy very bad about it. 5Shot
I like FP10 for just about everything. Seems to do a good job of lubricating, and it seems to stay put for quite a while (although they claim it works even if you can't see it anymore). I believe it is seeing alot of use in Iraq right now on the M16's. 5Shot
ATGJDR
I found two more that might be great products. Disotec Extreme Friction Reduction http://www.bluewonder.us/DisotecXFR.html And CorrosionX for Guns. http://www.corrosionx.com/gun_use.html
wallhanger54
Used the Militec on my guns for 10 years at least. No problems to report. Anything synthetic is ok except for that tri-flow stuff. Turns to glue.
FN_FAL
Militec works very well. I'm slightly biased because it is manufactured in my state. All bs aside militec kicks butt.
MEDICPJH
A friend of mine just came back from serious training in the dessert, and told me try the militec. He says thats what they use in iraq and thier trainings in the dessert in california. He swears by the stuff... Where can I get some???
