Pokey Posted August 1, 2004 Share Posted August 1, 2004 So far it has happened to me twice, once at the range and again just now. This is a brand new R1 in .300 Win Mag. The safety being "off" at the time, I try to slide it "on" and it won't budge. If I cycle the bolt a couple times, then it will release so that I can slide the safety to "on", at which point I can slide it back and forth with no problem... Can this be fixed at the local dealer that I got it from or will he have to send it back?... Argh! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
