Kinny
Just bored so I strolled on over to impactguns to see what they got, and to my surprise, they are selling the CQB M4. Is this the short barrel M4 everyone wants? If so, I wonder if they can deliver. http://www.impactguns.com/store/11724.html
HDRDKG
If you read further down, it says out of stock, excepting orders. Nobody has the M4 SBS complete guns or just the barrels in stock. Who knows when they will.

gretzfan
do you have any idea how often Impact gets these in?
DOOKEY FACE
do you have any idea how often Impact gets these in? Impact has everything out of stock, usually for years.
Panama
I would LUV to have one of these, HOWEVER I don't want to buy a $200.00 tax stamp that badly!
U.Hunter
Gunbroker has had short barrels on there before. Now the question I have is if you buy one of those barrels and say put it on a M4 would it have to be reregistered as a SBW?

U.Hunter
Uhh, yeah. (SBS) Then the question I have is, why can I buy 14" shotgun barrel but I can't get a 14" m4 barrel without the proper paperwork? Could somebody explain that, or I am just that dense?

Could somebody explain that, or I am just that dense? Technically, your supposed to get your $200 tax stamp first before you attach the barrel to the receiver. When you buy a complete gun with a short barrel, it's already a complete gun, so you need the paperwork before you can have it. The barrel by itself doesn't make it a SBS. U.Hunter
thanx for clearing that up for me. Its weird that you can buy a short barrel for a shotgun, but if you try to buy an AR shotr barrel they want to see paperwork.

[email protected]
My understanding is that Benelli only makes or sells the entire gun in 14" and never the barrel only. I suspect the barrel only sales are from doing a great deal of custom work (on stock 18.5") to get it that way.
winster
I ordered a 11724 on feb 10. I have heard nothing. Do not like waiting but could tolerate it better if I could get some kind of update every now and then. Will update if it ever comes in. They report having fixed stock in stock but am hesitant to order since I cannot find one to pick up and shoulder.
