LabradorGuy Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 I want to put a rail on my Nova for a red dot scope but I'm not sure if I should use a picatinny or weaver. Any suggestions? Also, does any company make them specifically for the Nova? What about mounting them? I see that there's a metal strip down the top of the receiver and I'm assuming that's for drilling and tapping. Am I wrong in this? I don't want to screw up my gun. I'm worried that the receiver isn't strong enough to support the rail and optics. All suggestions and comments welcome. Thanks!
