I have pulled, yanked, tugged, and as the directions put tear without success. I have almost come to the point of using a screw driver and a block of wood to pry it. I know there has to be a easier way before risking damage. Someone please help!!!

Benelli's Customer Service Dept. does not moderate this forum or respond to any of the posts. To speak directly to the Customer Service Dept. at Benelli USA, please call 301-283-6981. Good luck w/ your M3!

Why not call Benelli's Customer Service Dept. at 301-283-6981? There have been a few email difficulties lately, but they should be resolved by now.

I wish they would bring it back, had a lot of useful info.

I sent them an email if you miss shotgun facts please email them as well.

Could you please describe the "shotgun facts" section of the old website that you discuss? Benelli has a FAQ section and a shotgun safety section on the new websites; did you mean either of those? Thanks!

I understand the manuals will be up on the websites soon; in the meantime, look at the FAQ section for the Customer Service phone number - you can obtain one from them.

Look in Customer Service - the FAQs are there. Good luck!
