Cabela's 1600 Super Mags!!! Hands down

My Nova did the same thing up by the sling attachment shortly after I got it. I bought a bottle of flat black model paint and a small brush. Problem solved. As for those other spots...doesn't look out of line.

I don't believe that to be true.Originally posted by Hornblower:The SBE I will not shoot light 1oz loads unless you install a lighter recoil spring.
A majority will handle them just fine .

LMAO!!!Originally posted by tucker301:Have you had a gunsmith check the nut behind the trigger on your gun?
Sounds to me like it may be the problem.

Before you bend the barrel, I'm sure there are a number of us on here that would take your reject that you seem to not understand how to operate.Originally posted by treedave:Of course I will bend the barrel in an upward direction to point out another way of correcting the misalignment of the vent rib!!!!
And now you can have $1,625 invested in a gun that already costs more than any other comparable gun on the market. I
And by the way, there is no "any other comparable gun on the market".

Cool, thanks guys! I saw the (D), but I thought I may need the pass for a bigger bird, and possibly a longer shot.
Thanks again.

I may be wrong, but I believe it stands for ©leaner, (L)ubricant, and (P)rotectant. It's been discussed on here before, someone will know for sure.

"Population of counties won by: Gore: 127 million; Bush: 143 million
Square miles of land won by: Gore: 580,000; Bush: 2,427,000
States won by: Gore: 19 Bush: 29
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Gore: 13.2 Bush: 2.1
was mostly the land owned by the tax-paying citizens of this great country.
Gore's territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned
tenements and living off government welfare..."
I hope this isn't saying that Bush (or the GOP for that matter) is the answer...
How 'bout this..
5. From abundance to thievery;
6. From thievery to bribery;
7. From bribery to dependence;
8. From dependence back into bondage .

I have a friend (really is a friend and not me) who hunted fall turkey with the factory full in his m2, was getting ready for spring turkey last night and realized that he hunted all duck and goose season with the factory full. That means that he shot steel through it throughout the season.
He is guessing that it was around 6 to 8 boxes of #4's and BB's.
Question is could this have harmed the barrel, and how could you tell.
He is not so worried about the choke as he is the barrel.
Any input??

Thanks mudhen! Worked just as you said it would. I've been reading this forum for about two years now. I don't say much, just sit back and take in the knowledge. I knew I could get a good answer from you and/or Tucker (or all the other gun smart people around here).
Thanks again!

I just recieved the same thing in the mail today(minus the screws, which I can come up with).Looks like if I screwed the hard plastic adapter plate to the pad I may be able to get it to slip in the stock, I'm guessing it's gonna' take some force. I got it off E-Bay and I'm wondering if it is in fact the #10402. Can anyone tell from what I described if it sounds like the #10402 SBEII/Nova??Originally posted by MattL:Well...the SBEII pad came in the mail today....installation is not obvious...comes with two large (~#10, 1") self-tapping screws, a plastic adapter plate and no instructions...best I can tell, the pad only plays with the conventional SBE II stock, not the steady grip...i.e., looks like you're supposed to run the screws through very undersized clearance holes in the pad / base to tap into the adapter stacked on the original synthetic stock pad mount...expect to confirm tomorow AM, but at this point, looks like the Limbsaver pre-fit is not compatible with steady grip stock...Anybody have any exp with this?
I guess I should include that I'm trying to install on a Nova.
Thanks.

Do you honestly believe that??Originally posted by john1911:The current administration is far from perfect, but if the last two elections had went the other way, we wouldn't have time to visit on this forum. We would be out hiding our Benellis and all our other guns from the liberal Dems.

When a "crooked" politician shoots someone on purpose or accidentally, seems like it deserves a fair amount of attention to me.

Near Altoona?? That is actually only about 12 miles or so away from me, but I'm not much help, because I've never hunted with them. I have heard good things about them though, and I think they have hosted some big names, if that helps any.
