[Bird Flu Just Hit Britain]

Good topic tucker, haven't seen too much on bird flu here on the forum.

 

Here in Alaska there are programs set up to sample shot birds this spring. It's a pretty big concern here, since we might see it first. I've been told that between Alaska and Asia there is approximately 180 species of birds that migrate, and between the East Coast and Europe it's about 8. Doubt it will stop me from hunting though.

I just bought a SBE II, and it works great. Shot a box of 3” #4’s through it first, then 2 boxes of 3 dram 1 1/8 oz, and not a hiccup. Right now, I think it’s my favorite shotgun of all time, but I have yet to put it through the wringer of a full hunting season.

I just got through shooting my new SBE II for the first time, and I love it. The only thing that I would change is the front sight bead. I would like to find a larger one. Does anyone know where I can find one or have any suggestions on which one works best for them?
