Hi SD,
15 minutes, really, I was afraid that 700 degrees would some how damage the receiver.

My problem, no vise, heat gun low at 707 degrees, applied heat evenly as per instructions, several minutes, smoke from mag tube. With receiver between knees, rubber palmed work gloves, rubber grip pad, twisted as hard as possible, skin ripped off both palms of hands. Frustrated, laugh if you want, I need experienced advice. Thanks.

Regarding a new 11707, how thoroughly should one disassemble and lube a brand new M4 before going out and shooting?

Does the "reduced recoil" 00 buck, or rifled slugs with RR have a negative effect on the cycling? Does it jam or slow down the rate of fire? Please share your experience/expertise. Thanks!
