  1. Like the other post a surecycle is not a bad choice. On my surecycle upgrades I throw out surecycle plunger and use the factory dampening plunger. The later model factory plunger had a built in shock absorber. This will take the battering effect away from the receiver. Good luck. Now all you need is a slug barrel for it. Let me know I have a perfect slug barrel.

  2. That is a great price if not too banged up. Like the other post a surecycle is not a bad choice. On my surecycle upgrades I throw out surecycle plunger and use the factory dampening plunger. 3. Congrats on your new Benelli. One thing for sure you will rarely need to run a brass brush down the bore since Benelli' chrome lines the bore. Just about any bore solvent or oil ( Hoppe's #9) on a patch will make that bore sparkle in a couple of strokes. Remember always run a dry patch before you shoot to insure that you don,t have a oily chamber. An oily chamber will not allow the obturating brass to grip the chamber wall, thus causing excessive pressure against the bolt and will cause premature wear. For cleaning rods I like using Dewey rods on my centerfire and have the attachments to add the larger shotgun and muzzleloader brushes. Dewey make premium coated rods with ball bearing handles. Real sweet rods. On the rails I brush them out with a old toothbrush and final swab with q-tips to get any unburnt powder out. Benelli Synthetic oil is good on the rails and bolt carrier. Depending on how much you shoot maybe once a year or if the gun is submerged in water,it is a good practice to remove the buttstock and clean and lube the recoil spring, plunger and tube. I haven't seen the Vinci owner's manual so I dont know if it is well described. Enjoy your new Benelli

  4. I had the Bell and Carson that I purchased from Cabelas. I was very dissatisfied for a couple of reasons. The forearm was noticeably wider than stock and uncomfortable with gloved hands. The buttstock was heavier than original. The checkering was mediocre. The forearm developed a hairline crack on the inside web that separates the barrel from the mag tube. Cabelas exchanged the set and after a box of #4 high brass the new set also developed the same hairline crack. Cabelas was wonderful and gave me a prompt refund. I was rather surprised especially when you see the work that b&c does on the centerfire rifles. If you are interested I have a synthetic set in almost new condition. PM me your email

  5. Hello I might have a quick solution for you. If yours is a SBE 1. I have a M-1 standard stock that would fit nicely. It is in nearly like new condition. My son has a medium hand and was having the same issue. I will attach a photo. Shortly
