I received my rings and spacers today. I made a phone call on July 26th and they were in my hands in four business days. That ain't too shabby!!! Thank you Benelli!!

I also have the same problem on my brand new LH SBE II I paid $1650 for. Contacted Benelli a number of times and ways. Waiting for a reply. My gun came with no spacers or rings for the forend.
Same thing happened to me. I bought a right handed SBEII with no rings/spacers. I went back four days later to buy a left handed model for my wife and that one had the rings/spacers. Benelli is sending me rings/spacers. In the mean time, I put my wife's forend on my gun and I'm happy, happy, happy!

I use Remington heavy dove loads and never had a problem. I have less than 10 boxes through the gun. Never a problem.
