I'm shooting 3.5 inch Kent BB and #2's.
So did you ever find out what the problem was ?? Mines doing the same thing.

My sbe3 does the same thing. Fires first shell and the second gets stuck. The front button to close my action seems very sponge for some reason. I’m assuming the 2 are related. Anyone else figure out how to fix this problem ?? Ha
