rancher Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 I have a 18 in. barrel off an M1 Super 90 that fits fine on my M2. Someone else can give the the correct terminology but there is a piece of metal on the bottom of your M2 barrel that the forearm slips on. You can put a barrel from an M1 on your M2 but no M2 barrel on an M1. I got that from customer service a few years ago. Hope I am a bit clear! rancher Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 Just wanted to add the piece of metal is longer on the M2 than the M1, but guess with a bit of modification you could put a M1 barrel on an M2.
