New to this forum. I purchased a nickel 12/28 Ethos about a year ago. Love the shotgun, but noticed the Comfortech gel comb pad has started "melting" while I was cleaning the gun to put back into the safe. It's shredding sort of like an eraser does. Anyone else experience this? I tried to order a replacement but its backordered everywhere I look, including Benelli USA.
