#8, CCI .22 LR #12 shot. This stuff is a hoot, and surprisingly hard to find. I have 20 Boxes with 20 rounds per box. 400 rounds total. $7 bucks per twenty round box.

UPS ground is extra, sorry can't use USPS flat rate boxes even though it would likely all fit in one.
