SBE3 20g bolt not closing all the way sometimes

Hey all just got a SBE 3 20g because I love my 12g so much. But, I have had 3 miss fires already from the bolt not closing all the way. Iv cleaned and lubed it pretty well and still happening. Plus if the bolt is held open I can shake the gun and it will release without me hitting the release button. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
