Info about Benelli M1/M2 barrels

Does anyone know about a Benelli M1 or M2 model with a 14'' "entry" length barrel but with Remington style slug sights? The top one here appears to have just that and as far as I knew, Benelli only offered the standard rifle sights or ghost ring sights on their entry barrels. Is this likely a custom job?
