Swapping out the ext magazine on m2 speed performance?

Help please! Can I swap out the extended red magazine in the Benelli M2 Speed Performance?

I ended up getting a Benelli M2 Speed Performance and its great when its put together, but taking it apart to fit in my safe and transporting in a packed car then  putting it together for just a couple shots is really hard with that damn spring. Are there any parts i can buy to remove the extended tube magazine and just load one or two shells at a time? Would getting the Benelli magazine cap with swivel for the super black eagle II m2 12 gauge work? Product 410448 on midwayusa or manufacturer 61070? Do i also need a new spring too? Any guidance on this would be super appreciated

You can swap it out for a telescoping extension or remove the tube and put an end cap on.

You will need a shorter spring for factory capacity.
