For anyone of you running rifle style optics on your M4's, you'll probably be aware that the rail that comes stock is not true mil-spec picatinny. This is freedom fighter tactical's rail that is true milspec.

I ended up going down a slim route with stock hanguards and an RMR (from an Eotech which I was originally running with this rail) so no longer need the rail. Doesn't have a ton of time on it, but it's a thick piece of pic rail, so not much to wear.
